02.09.06

GREENVILLE, S.C./PRNewswire — Opportunities for economic anchors of the Southeast, the region’s greatest minds and venture capitalists from around the country to meet each other - this is a primary goal of InnoVenture 2006, says President John Warner. March 28-29, this conference will host individuals and organizations at Greenville’s Palmetto Expo Center.

On InnoVenture’s second day, approximately 50 companies will be represented in the conference’s Innovation Hall. There, a trade show-style set-up will facilitate convenient introductions and meetings between economic innovators throughout the Southeast.

“InnoVenture 2006 promises to be another exciting, successful event. Representatives from major research organizations and entrepreneurial companies will collaborate over the course of two days, so that every participant can build relationships to help them grow and create wealth,” says John Warner, chairman.

Also at the conference, major economic anchors of the Southeastern Innovation Corridor - including Michelin, Clemson University and the University of South Carolina - will present their visions for the region’s future.
